Internet Explorer Version 8 Problems
Recent upgrades to Internet Explorer 8 require a reinstall of the Script X plugin.

To accomplish this, perform the following processes.  If you have trouble with this,
please get in touch with me.

  • First run this program to remove the current ScriptX plugin from your computer (Click the "Run" button if you get a security warning. I received 2 seperate popups so I had to do it twice. You might have to as well) (Run the program twice to be sure all copies of ScriptX have been deleted!):
  • Then install the new Script X plugin by following the link below. Click here to install Script X
  • Finally, you have to clear out your internet temporary files (known as cache) Follow the instructions found on this web page. NOTE: DO NOT DELETE YOUR COOKIES EVEN THOUGH THE INSTRUCTIONS AT THAT WEBSITE SAY TO!!!
  • The next time you try to produce a website listing or report there shouldn't be any problems.
