My Brother Knights
 
As of October 1, 2009 it will be one year since I accepted the position as 
Genral agent for the State of Rhode Island and I am pleased to say that my 
time thus far in the state has been most enjoyable. I have tried to work   
diligently to avail myself to the members in seeing that their questions   
are being answered and their needs met. To that end I have increased the   
Field Force by adding two new agents in Stephen Del Deo and Dan Byrne and  
will continue to insure that the right men are in place to serve your      
councils. In addition, our Insurance Program continues to thrive despite   
the troulbled economy, as matter of fact, we are having the best year in   
the history of the order!  We are now one of only three companies out of   
approximately 1750 to have the Standard and Poors tiple A rating, A++ from 
AM Best and the IMSA certification, all endorsing are secure position.     
I would like to take a minute to ask you gentlemen for your support so that
I can better serve the members. My first request is that you be aware that 
as the existing members you are the first line of contact for both current 
and new members so let them know how strong our Insurance product is and   
the extaordinary opportunity they have that is not available to the general
public. Secondly, could the council officers inform me when Degrees are    
being held and please , please,  please make sure that all Form 100s are   
sent to me so that I can be assured that each new member is being          
contacted.
