Raymond Riel is the 83rd Grand Knight of Woonsocket council and has been a
knight since 1983. He was chosen by State Deputy Steven Ciolfi to serve as
District Deputy from 2008-2010. Under Raymond's tenure as Woonsocket Council's
Membership Director Woonsocket has achieved its membership quota for the past
5 Fraternal Years. Grand Knight Riel and his family were selected
by Supreme as one of the 100 Families for October 2009's Family of the Month.
Raymond is also a member of the General Moylan Assembly #1057 and a Past
Faithful Navigator. |
David G Bebyn

David Bebyn is only the 14th FS in the 115 year history of the Council. He
served as the 82nd Grand Knight of Woonsocket council and has been a
knight since 2005. He currently serves the State Council as the
Degree/Ceremonial Chairman and a member of the State Finance Committee. He was
also elected as Delegate from Rhode Island to the 2010 Supreme Convention that
was held in Washington DC. Past Grand Knight Bebyn and his family were
selected by Supreme as one of the 100 Families for January 2009's Family of
the Month. David is also a member of the General Moylan Assembly #1057 where
he serves as Faithful Navigator. |

Brother Warren Rensehausen was elected the new Grand Knight of Bristol Council
379. Warren took his first degree on May 5, 2002. He is married to the former
Laura Dod whose father Robert is a Past Grand Knight of Bristol Council and a
former Financial Secretary.Brother Warren is active with the youth programs at
Our Lady of Mt Carmel, he was also chairman of the Free Throw Program. His
children attend OLMC School and the family are parishioners of Our Lady of
Mount Carmel Church. |
David R Simoes FDD

Brother David Simoes has been a member of Bristol Council since 1960, he was
elected Past Grand Knight 1979-80 and was chosen by State Deputy Raymond
Bourgeon to serve as District Deputy from 1980-82. In the early 1980's he
served on different committes in the State Council. He also was elected as
Delegate from Rhode Island to the 1981 Supreme Convention that was held in
Louisville, KY, and again to the 1984 Supreme Convention held in Denver,CO.
In 1998 Bristol Council celebrated its 100th Anniversary and Brother David was
the General Chairman of the event He is active in the Bristol Council serving
as Financial Secretary from 1965 to 1979 and again from 1995 to the present.
He is a Fourth degree member of St. Pius X Assembly in Barrington,RI.

Richard Quetta is the newly elected Grand Knight of the St. Lawrence Council.
He made his 1st Degree on September 1, 1992, and over the years has served in
the offices of Recorder, Financial Secretary, Deputy Grand Knight, Program
Director, and Past Grand Knight. Richard made his 4th Degree on September 12,
1993, and served as Past Faithful Scribe, Pursor, Comptroller, Pilot, Captain,
Admiral, and Past Faithful Navigator of the William J. Adams Assembly #1062.
He is a parishoner of St. Agnes Parish, Providence, and is a member of the
parish's Social-Life Ministry. Richard is a 1984 graduate of Providence
College and is employed as an Operations Planner at the Providence Housing
Authority. |
Scott A Watts SR
Financial Secretary |
Scott Watts, Sr. is the newly appointed Financial Secretary of the St.
Lawrence Council. He made his 1st Degree on May 24, 2004, and his 2nd Degree
the following night. He made his 3rd and 4th Degree in June of 2004. Since
joining the Knights, Scott was elected Deputy Grand Knight his first year, and
subsequently, to Grand Knight for three consecutive years finshing his third
term in 2009. Scott is also a member of the William J. Adams Assembly #1062
where he is currently the Color Corps Commander and Faithful Pilot. He
previously held the offices of Faithful Pursor and Comptroller for two years.
Scott is a parishoner of St. Lawrence Church in North Providence and is
employed for SM Investigations and Security as the National Operations
Manager. |

Dr. Harrop is a Past Grand Knight of Fatima Council, a Past Faithful Navigator
of Rebello Assembly #2808 (where he was a charter member and the first FN),
and a Former District Deputy. A member of the Equestrian Order of the Holy
Sepulchre, he current also serves as Faithful Comptroller of Rebello Assembly
and is the New Council Development Director for the State Council. A
psychiatrist by training, he has served on the faculties of the medical
schools at both Brown University and Harvard University, and is the President
of the RI Catholic Medical Society. He is a Trustee of St. Joseph Parish,
Providence, Treasurer and Past President of the Catholic Alumni of Brown
University, and a member of the Board of Directors of Hendricken High School,
where the theater is named in his honor. |

Providence College. I am married to my wife Eileen and we have four grown
children and four grandchildren. I formerly worked for Hartford Insurance Group
and now have ownership in Tally’s Church Supply in Cranston, RI. Eileen and I
have been active parishioners of SS John & Paul Parish in Coventry, RI. where
we
are both involved with the liturgy and outreach committees. We co-chair our
parishes marriage preparation program. We are Extra-Ordinary Eucharistic
Ministers for the past 15 years. I have been a Brother Knight of Msgr. Peter
Blessing Council for ten years and their Financial Secretary for over seven
years. |

Jerry Scannell is a charter member of the council and has been a knight since
1991. He has served the Order and his Council with distinction. He not only
has been the FS for all but three years of the council's existence, but served
as Grand Knight in 1995. Jerry has served the State Council in many capacities
to include 3 terms as District Deputy, 2 terms as membership director, 2 terms
as program director, and for the past 7 years he has been the webmaster for
the state website. Jerry currently serves the State Council as the Program
Director
